How to Book Your Session
1. Go to the booking page and click the green button "Book a Class"
2. Confirm you agree to our terms, have submitted a PARQ and been approved
3. You will be directed to a list of available events. Select the event you desire
4. On your chosen Event, click to Buy Ticket and make payment
On completion of payment, your page will change to show a ticket containing a QR code. This is a one time code matched to your name, which allows entry to your chosen session. If you’ve entered your email address and name correctly, a copy of the ticket will also be emailed.
How to Use Your Ticket
1. Open the ticket on your phone and have ready to present at the door. Have the correct ticket ready if more thana one ticket has been purchased.
2. Ticket is scanned to check you in
3. Enjoy
At Any time you can use the link on your ticket to check it's valid for the event you're attending.

There's no Click to Buy button.
Probably sold out. You can select "Join Waiting list" or book another event.
What does "R1" or "M5" mean?
R is for Reformer and M is for Mat. Numbers are the days of the week starting on Monday. ICYDK FYI Mnemonics and TLAs are used everywhere.
What if I wish to book in advance? Are there any discounts?
We're planning this for the future. Right now, tickets are booked one per person per session as spaces become available.
I always book the same time each week. Can I still do this?
Yes. At present bookings are one week in advance. Later we're planning monthly, then longer.
I've booked but need to change to another date. There are ten days left. How do I do this?
First book the new date. If it's not available, consider the waiting list or choose a different class. Then relinquish your old ticket so your space becomes available for someone else.
I've made a mistake and need to change the date, there are only four days until the event.
If there are less than seven days, you can choose to relinquish your ticket. Your space is released and made available for booking. If the space is re-booked, we'll often send a discount code for your next booking.
How do I relinquish my old ticket?
Email your ticket to us with the subject "Reschedule." Your old ticket will be cancelled and your space can be booked by someone else.
My ticket has "UNPAID" across it. What does this mean?
Something went wrong with your payment. But if you correct the problem quickly you will not loose your booking. Once you make payment, the status of your ticket will change. Do not close the payment window if payment fails. Correct the problem first. Once the session ends you can no longer correct payments and will need to contact us. Unpaid tickets are invalid.
Can't I just pay once for a block like I did before?
Shortage of space makes it time consuming to manage bookings this way. Another system may be available soon, for now it's book one session at a time.
Can I call or message you to book a session?
Yes. I'll send you a link to the booking platform.
I've booked but no longer wish to attend.
Less than seven days before the session there are no refunds. However if you relinquish your ticket and someone on the waiting list buys the space, discount codes are sent for your next booking.
I can see the PARQ but can't tick the boxes or fill in the form.
That's probably a problem with your browser. Portable Document Format files (PDF) are a well known standard.
Firefox, Edge, LibreWolf and many others work, but if your browser doesn't, download the PDF file then open it using another application.
Apple users may wish to install Firefox, or go to the store and download a reputable PDF reader. If everything you try fails, email us and we'll send you a printable copy.

Tickets are generally not refundable if less than seven days remains before the event. Over seven days to the event discounts or refunds may be issued only in very special circumstances and at our discretion.
